CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

All products purchased from Dropperzz can be exchanged within 3-4 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

2. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what you purchased.

If you need to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3-4 days of delivery by contacting us via email at dropperz.streetwear@gmail.com or through Instagram (@dropperzz_).

We assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis. If a defective, faulty, or damaged item is shipped, we will send a replacement. You must email photographic evidence of the defective item to dropperz.streetwear@gmail.com within 3-4 days of purchase for your claim to be processed.

Please note, there are certain scenarios where returns and exchanges may not be supported:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified 4-day time frame.
  • Damage caused by use or tampering.
  • Size issues due to customer error.

Dropperzz does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

To exchange a product, you must send the parcel to our warehouse address and notify us once it has been dispatched. Upon receiving the parcel, we will inspect it and send the desired exchanged product to your provided address.

Please be aware that Dropperzz does not cover any costs related to size changes or exchanges caused by customer error. As we operate on marginal profits, covering such costs would not be sustainable for our company.
